To maintain the longevity of your piece, we recommend:

• Storing jewelry in a safe, dry place when not in use

Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear is not covered under warranty.

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation. While we strive to provide excellent customer service, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage may not be eligible for return consideration.

All of our jewelry is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow the delivery progress.
